8 Years of experience related to supply chain, inventory and related topics.


Core planning and optimization, demand variation, customer deliveries and inventory, management of oracle based ERP systems, EFM optimization, downtimes reduction, leading the supply chain structure for NRP in San Luis Potosi (demand & forecast management, direct and indirect material planning, core planning, receiving, outbound logistics, packaging, indirect material warehouse, materials handling and PFEP management, TBWS management), supply chain governance and compliance of critical processes in the supply chain.

Process owner of critical KPIS (on-time delivery to customers, back order and past due management, inventory management, E&O management, on time delivery of suppliers, logistic cost reduction).

Talent development of supply chain employees.

Leader and liaison for supply chain NRP with corporate and global initiatives of supply chain transformation, and lead SBP / FCP initiative of NRP.

Job Summary

  • Lead efforts within one or more Supply Chain functions including materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management and order fulfillment. Ensures internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met from end to end in each of the supply chains.

  • Manage daily operations across functions to ensure a dependable and efficient supply chain.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects that align with Cummins Operating System and Functional Excellence direction and leverage common processes tools, and information systems.

Support Corporate Supply Chain initiatives and lead the cross-Business Unit planning processes to ensure intra-company alignment.

  • Mitigate long term supplier constraints by collaborating with functional stakeholders.

Create common supply chain processes and procedures by establishing collaborative business partner relationships.

  • Approach daily problem solving and continuous improvement opportunities strategically and tactically to achieve performance targets.

  • Develop, understand and improve necessary Key Performance Indicators.

  • Analyze operational trends and develop corrective action plans.

  • Address supply chain failures promptly to ensure operations stability; escalate as appropriate.

  • Prepare and manage an annual operating plan including expense resources, and capital.

  • Manage, coach, and develop staff; work with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.
