We are looking for a talented SENIOR MATERIALS SUPERVISOR (TEMPORARY 6 MONTHS) to join our team specializing in SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING for FILTRATION BUSINESS UNIT in SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, SLP, MÉXICO.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Monitoring materials on-site and urgent requests from external warehouses.
Troubleshooting operational issues.
Manage 15-17 operators to ensure compliance, KPIs: material downtime, material quality, health and safety, team engagement, zero back order (BO).
Monitoring line emergencies and impacts.
Improvement projects in the area.
Personnel development.
Supervision of incoming and outgoing materials from external warehouses.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Knowledge of materials area, material shipments, production lines, and receiving.
Experience as a Materials Planning Supervisor, Warehouse, Receiving or Shipping supervision.
Basic English, intermediate English proficiency desirable.
Additional experience in quality operational areas is a plus.
Experience in operational excellence is a plus.
Knowledge of Oracle desirable.
Required availability to rotate through 3 shifts: 1st shift 7:30 am - 3:00 pm, 2nd shift 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm, 3rd shift 10:30 pm - 7:00 am.
Knowledge of Oracle.
University degree.
