We are looking for a talented MANUFACTURING ENGINEER SENIOR to join our team specializing in MANUFACTURING for FILTRATION BUSINESS UNIT in SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, SLP, MÉXICO.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
New production stations design (installation of powder coating equipment) (Gema brand)
Tooling design
Implementation of failure prevention systems
Monitoring, stabilization, and improvement of key indicators (downtime, scrap, setup times)
Ergonomics improvements
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Solid experience in CQI 12 (Coating processes, powder coating). Certification or training courses desirable.
Experience in releasing equipment to production
Use of manufacturing tools, FMEA, and process capability
Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerances
Experience in assembly designs
Intermediate to high English proficiency, advanced English desirable
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
