3 years or more in automotive industry.
Experience in Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, APQP).
Experience on Lean Manufacturing
Knowledge in Hydraulics, Mechanics, Electricity and Pneumatics
Experience AutoCad and Solidworks.
Leads the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems while leading and co-leading teams.
Leads the work for specific projects to create and implement all aspects of a manufacturing processes to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met.
Introduction of new products, processes or machinery based on Cummins standards.
Development of suppliers for the manufacture of equipment.
Direct contact with local and international suppliers, monitoring the entire design and manufacturing process.
Leads by applying the knowledge or use of manufacturing principles and practices to improve manufacturing equipment and processes.
