Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, International Commerce, Mechanics or related.
5 years or more in similar sales position.
Advanced experience managing multichannel sales processes.
Advanced negotiation and sales experience.
Advance knowledge on Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to travel between the north region.
Good driving skills and driver licenses updated.
Be the sales representative at the regional level.
Achieve the AOP objectives for the region.
Serve the different distribution channels directly, for which it is managed in a multichannel way: Distributors, original equipment and independent.
Ease of speech and demonstrate negotiation skills for prospecting and closing current or future clients.
Provide help and support to the different distribution channels to give customer support and conclude negotiations.
Present sales results to distributors and with this create strategies to cover a larger market and improve results.
Track daily sales results in parts and in money.
Perform expense checks in a timely manner.
