We are looking for a talented ERGONOMICS COORDINATOR to join our team specializing in HSE for our CUMMINS ENGINE COMPONENTS in CIUDAD JUÁREZ, CHIHUAHUA.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Ergonomics Coordinator for 5 business units in Campus Juárez.

  • Responsible for ergonomic evaluations of workstations, equipment, and tools to identify potential risk factors and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, to develop and implement ergonomic programs and initiatives to modify workstations.

  • Provide ergonomic recommendations and solutions to improve workstations, equipment and tools, taking into account individual employee needs, job tasks and ergonomic best practices.

  • Conduct Industrial Hygiene studies and follow up on areas of opportunity, for legal and corporate compliance. NOM-36-STPS & NOM-037-STPS.

  • KPI's: Incidents related to Ergonomics, Ergonomics risk reduction, workstations improved, Legal compliance for Industrial Hygiene.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Solid experience as Ergonomics Coordinator or HSE Coordinator with advanced knowledge in Mexican Ergonomics and Industrial Hygiene regulations.

  • Solid knowledge in Ergonomics evaluation techniques: Rula, Reba, Rodgers, NIOSH, OCRA, etc.

  • Experience in coordination and talent development

  • Desirable experience in Ergonomics Analysis in virtual platforms (Human Tech, Tumeke, similar).

  • Required Bachelor’s, preferably in Engineering.

  • Conversational English level

  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally, a maximum of 10% per year.
