We are looking for a talented MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR to join our team specializing in FINANCE for our CUMMINS EMISSION SOLUTIONS in CIUDAD JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Responsible of lead the Maintenance Technicians team to meet KPIs.

  • Responsible of the definition and installation of new equipment needed for new projects.

  • Responsible to define and implement continuous improvement Projects in order to meet machinery KPIs.

  • Responsible of the Tool Crib administration.

  • Leads and Implements the preventive, predictive and conditioning maintenances of the production machinery and equipment.

  • Presents with Staff members and corporate the Projects progress.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions within Manufacturing Industry.

  • Knowledge of Equipment interpretation (Hydraulic, pneumatic, electric)

  • Knowledge of medium and low voltage electricity, capacitor bank.

  • Knowledge of Facilities Equipment (Substations, Compressors, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, HVAC’s, PLC’s); Cooling towers.

  • Project Management experience.

  • Advanced English.

  • MS Office literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
